Pandey Global Enterprises S.L. is expanding its Data Center & IT Field Engineering Network across Spain and is looking for experienced Field Engineers / Data Center Engineers / Smart Hands Engineers.

Field Engineer | Data Center Engineer | Smart Hands Engineer
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Data Center Services
- Server installation, rack & stack and de-racking
- Server replacement, hardware troubleshooting and component replacement
- Switch, router and network equipment installation
- Access Point (AP) installation and replacement
- Patch panel, copper and fiber connectivity
- Structured cabling and cable management
- Fiber optic patching and basic troubleshooting
- Rack installation, PDU and power cable connections
- Equipment labeling, asset verification and inventory checks
- Data Center migration and IMAC activities
Smart Hands / Remote Hands
- Remote hands support for data center clients
- Physical equipment checks and troubleshooting
- Power cycle / reboot of servers and network devices
- Console access and basic device checks
- LED/status verification and hardware inspection
- Cable tracing, patching and port verification
- Escorting vendors and assisting client technical teams
- Hands-on support based on remote engineer instructions
IT Field Support
- Desktop, laptop and peripheral installation
- Hardware replacement and break/fix support
- Windows and basic network troubleshooting
- On-site technical support and incident resolution
- Installation, configuration and testing of IT equipment
- Following client SLA, security and data center procedures
👨💻 Preferred Skills
- Experience in Data Center / Field Engineering / Smart Hands / IT Infrastructure
- Knowledge of servers, switches, routers and network equipment
- Hands-on experience with rack & stack, cabling and hardware replacement
- Knowledge of copper/fiber connectivity
- Good troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently at customer/data center sites
- Good communication skills
- English required; Spanish is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Spain
